I forgot to say after the concert (which was almost two months ago, but whatever) that Blue Oyster Cult didn't show up. I got kind of nervous when the merchandise table didn't have any BOC stuff, and I was disappointed because I wanted a shirt (but my Bachman and Turner shirt is pretty awesome, so there's that). Then there was an opening band (who weren't really a band, it was two guys with guitars) who were actually pretty good, but were clearly NOT Blue Oyster Cult. My dad and I were like, "That's weird. A warm-up band for the warm-up band?" But then we Googled Blue Oyster Cult's tour schedule on my dad's Blackberry and found out they cancelled.

So that was disappointing. Bachman and Turner were awesome, though.

We had one-on-one meeting with some of the teachers on Wednesday. Like, we each had to sign up for a time and have a 10 minute meeting, where we talk about how we're doing and how the program is going so far and stuff. My teacher said I'm good to have in class, and that if I really want to I can probably get into graphic design next year, so that's cool. I'm not sure if that's really what I want to do anymore, but the confidence boost is nice :)

We're also doing a PSA project at school. This was a super short week because classes were cancelled Wednesday for the meetings and we had Thursday and Friday off for Remembrance Day, so we didn't have much of a chance to work on it this week. It's due next week, so I'm a little worried. We need a 30 second video, a 60 second video and a printed poster, and we haven't finished filming or started the poster. Yay for being on top of stuff.

So Super Mario 3D Land looks awesome, and so does Mario Kart 7, and I bet Luigi's Mansion 2 will be cool just because it stars Luigi, and I also want a 3D Pokédex. So I really want a 3DS. I dunno why I bother anyway. It's not like I ever beat video games :p

Just throwing this out there, I'm pretty sure there's a little man in my printer that drinks ink. Because I know I didn't use as much as it says I did.

Anyway, I think this is long enough.

school, my life, video games, concert
