Back in La Grande
Summer vacation went by like the way leaves fall from a tree: one leaf (day) at a time. It seemed really long. A lot of people comment that they didn't have enough of a summer. I suppose I feel like my summer was long because I was so busy all the time. A full time job working outdoors and with high schoolers (that's not a bad thing), training for soccer and then three times per week I would add to my working days by giving horse riding lessons to this gal I go to school with. Nothing I can complain about, I just find it funny that I have to come back to La Grande and start soccer to not be so busy! :)
I spent most of yesterday unpacking and rearranging. My sister would be some what impressed with the mild organization I have managed to use. It's good enough for now!
All in all, I'm going to miss home. Everyone does; if not for family than friends, the town, activities and familiarity. On the other hand, I have narrowed down what I want to minor in and am even more excited for completing my degree. Welcome back... to me.
