Got a new coloring book today!
We stopped at the craft store after taking Grandma G to see the house we'd like to buy. She likes the house too which is good news since we're hoping she'll move in with us.
I took a bunch of pictures outside the house -- in addition to lots of space, it's got fun garden potential. Now we just need someone to decide our old house is THEIR dream house so we can buy MY dream house. The house I want has been on the market since September, and the price has been lowered twice, so I think the universe is holding it for me.
Objectively, I can understand why it hasn't sold yet. It was built in 1967 and has a distinctly 1960's/1970's feel to it. I love the floor plan, the two acres of woods, the abundant light and space though. I can see spending many years there.
