And it's Back to School
Well. I guess I didn't update the day after my birthday, as I was planning to. Nor did I update last weekend after Alex and David were here for my birthday get-together (played a card game called Badaboom and watched the movie "Dude where's my car?"). I got a few presents:
From my parents, a brand new Intuos pen tablet:
From Lina, a board game version of the card game Rummy,
from Sara and Åsa, the movie "The Grinch",
and from David the book "Star Warped", a parody of Star Wars, for which I shall have to remember to thank him.
Brian constructed me quite the awesome (and quite sweet) birthday animation, with the reappearance of the scary skeleton tree that haunts kittens.
My grandparents gave me some small amount of money, as per usual.
Anyway, lately I've been drawing a whole lot, with my fancy new pen tablet. I talked to Grace, and was quite surprised to find she appears to have, like, grown since last I talked to her with any regularity. I wonder what I expected... =P School begins tomorrow (well, today I guess), and I'm totally unprepared and, also, TOTALLY SCREWED because my sleeping habits are, like ... it's time to go to bed about now, not about time to shower, eat breakfast and march off to school. But yeah. I'm sure it'll be fine, I only have two of my regular classes today anyway, and we're not going to be doing anything real. =P
As for what I've been up to tonight, aside writing and talking to Brian and reading webcomics, I looked some at t-shirts, and I found this GODAWESOME t-shirt!
See? Brian shook his head and called me a freak, but I have yet to see a more complete t-shirt! It has the math humor, the pun (puns and word games are the epitome of humor!), and the speech bubbles and flashy effects background to appeal to the comic geek side of me!
I should totally buy this shirt. Or possibly make my mother buy it for me. But yeah. That shirt is the reason I'm updating. <333 So, see you all later!
