Spitting feathers
Here in the UK the clocks went back over the weekend.
Obviously the call centre in, I suspect, India or close proximity didn't take note of this fact, so when my phone rang at 7.48 am I assumed it was some kind of emergency.
'Mark' was given a short, sharp reply to his enquiry as to how my morning was - if I'd realised just how early it was, I'd have been less short and even more sharp >:[
