(no subject)
Today was the junior high matinée and it went really well personally. "Day by Day" was awesome everyone (including myself) got their parts right and I was really excited about it. It gave me the energy and motivation I needed for the rest of the show. Today also made me really pumped for the performances over the next 2 weeks, it's really amazing how much progress we've made over the past 2 weeks.
In other theatre news, the spring play is Arsenic and Old Lace and I am so excited about it, considering it is my favorite. I'm bummed that some people might not be doing it though, at the same token I'm excited that some people who normally don't do it are auditioning for it. I am just really excited to possibly have the opportunity to play literally a dream role of mine, because what normal 17 year old doesn't want to play a crazy aunt who poisons people?
Today I also decided to learn Don't do Sadness/Blue wind on guitar,however I need someone to sing the boy part in order to have the dual vocals but it would be pretty sweet if I got someone to do it
