Castiel bowed over Ruby's body, one hand placed on her stomach as he drew out another bullet. It was a bit of a chore for him, which is to say it was easy but not as easy as it once had been. Any other circumstance and he would've just left Ruby in that cell, but with the increased severity of the situation, he saw no harm in helping an asset recover.
Peripherally, he continued to watch Sam and Dean. Here and now, he looked for any signs of Ruby stirring beneath the surface. Exorcising her might awaken her, but considering their last encounter, he thought they might get much less accomplished that way. So he continued gently removing bullets in wait for her to revive.
