WELCOME BACK, KITE. (Incomplete)

Who: Linda, Beast Boy, Kite
Where: Beast Boy’s Room
When: Morning of the 15th. Day of the Honest Event.
Rating: PG-13, at most. I mean, come on. They’re a bunch of dorks. How bad can it get?
Summary: Linda, Beast Boy, and Kite meet up after Kite’s “woken up” from being “fixed” by Aura. Being the day of the Honesty event, honesty ensues (nowai!).

In the midst of all her jumping and singing, Linda had been attempting to pull Beast Boy, quite forcefully, out of the covers. Unfortunately, as soon as she noticed Kite, she released her grip and toppled off the side of the bed. Well, that was graceful.

Laughing, rather awkwardly (it was hard to pull of something as embarrassing as that), she stood up, brushing her now messy hair out from her face. Not only had she fallen off the bed, but now she looked horrible! In front of Beast Boy and Kite. But, wait. It like, really doesn’t matter that much, you know. It’s not like you like-like the--- Not true! Not true! Stop right there, back up back up back up!

Her normal rationalizations (if they could even be called that) weren’t working today. She couldn’t bring herself to even think them. Which was very odd. And very embarrassing, especially considering the fact that she was standing in a room with the two guys she liked (and she did! She did! She did! She did! No matter what that little voice, the one that denies everything, says!) both staring at her as she brushed her now messy hair out her face and tried to understand her love life. Ohmigosh, she could feel the heat rising to her face, inevitably turning her cheeks red.

“Uh,” she giggled looking anywhere but at her friends, “Welcome back, Kite!”
