Who: Linda, Beast Boy, Kite
Where: Beast Boy’s Room
When: Morning of the 15th. Day of the Honest Event.
Rating: PG-13, at most. I mean, come on. They’re a bunch of dorks. How bad can it get?
Summary: Linda, Beast Boy, and Kite meet up after Kite’s “woken up” from being “fixed” by Aura. Being the day of the Honesty event, honesty ensues (nowai!).
the Story:
Kite was back, back, back! Linda had been so worried when he first vanished. She walked about, imagining all the horrible things that one might be able to do to an AI filled with fire (worse things than simply shooting him in the face, which had been pretty bad). Would he come back, all beaten up like Beast Boy had? Would he come back at all? Did the AIDS or AIDAS or whatever it was called get him? What if, what if, what if, what if, what if---
I’m going to fix him, that’s what that shiny girl said. The one that Ovan said was like a Goddess. Kite’s mom. Linda happened to think that Kite was perfectly fine the way he was, thank you very much; however, if his mommy deemed him in need of fixing, and if Kite consented, then maybe it wasn’t so bad and that’s the end of that. All that “fixing” better have not changed the Kite she knew, though. Or else.
But none of her worries mattered now, because Kite was back, and he wasn’t going to leave anymore. Skipping down the halls, Linda found Beast Boy’s room and knocked. They totally needed to go see Kite like, right now, you know?
