Spiders, a True Bug, and a tiny Lepidoptera. :)
Hi all,
I have photos today. These were all taken around mine and my parents' house in Oregon, west coast of the USA. Any ideas on ID for any of them? I know the bug is a true bug, and the smaller, brown spider jumped a lot so I think he was a jumping spider. As for the miniscule butterfly/moth, any ideas? it was soooo small. see bad picture enclosed within cut so that you can see how small it was. :)
here you can almost see its antennae and it looks more like a butterfly than a moth. I dunno.
it was so, so small!
cool garden-type spider. any ideas as to his species? these guys are everywhere around here (outside, that is).
another one, this guy was gigantic.
When I went to turn on the hose to rinse off the fence, this guy was sitting there on the faucet handle. a true bug, I know, but what kind?
Earlier, inside, we found this little guy on our table. I took him outside. he jumped.
