After the briefing for the Ravanna mission, Leonard had sent a memo to the whole of his department calling a meeting for later that day, around switch time for alpha and gamma shifts. He'd spent
the rest of the morning organizing the details from the meeting, which he'd sent on as additional information to everyone. Some people could afford to sit around and wait to be told the facts. Medical personnel needed as much information as soon as possible in order to be ready for anything. That's why doctors had medfiles and asked so many damned questions.
Anyway...
Well, he had his teams in mind, had followed
Jim's requirements. Truthfully, Leonard could have pulled names from a hat and he'd be satisfied. He was proud of his staff and how they'd handled themselves during the
Emergency Fake Out. He knew they'd handle the real thing like pros.
Though he'd made sure the overview report he'd written was simple enough for even Anderson to follow.
Now, Leonard was just waiting for those on alpha to finish their tasks, those on gamma to show up early. And those on delta to pull their butts outta bed to get to the main lobby of Sickbay. He'd brought their coffeemaker over to a counter in there. The pot already full of liquid energy and ready to start another load.
