Medbay - Day 20 - Closed/Unfinished
Not quite three weeks into the voyage, the impromptu football league that had sprung up in the engineering decks was already notorious. The rules were a matter of consensus and thus got frequently disregarded completely whenever those involved got bored of enforcing them. No referee or linesmen to speak of either.
What they did have in spades, though, was injuries.
Which was why the quiet of an otherwise peaceful afternoon in medbay was interrupted by a swearing yeoman limping through the doorway, leaning heavily on the slightly guilty-looking chief of engineering.
"Anyone in?" Scotty called, "Got a new patient for you." Well, at least she wasn't spored.
