Hey everybody

Feb 28, 2009 16:33

Wow, it feels like forever since I wrote a "normal" post. Well, actually, my posts are never "normal," but you get the point. I hope. If I recently added you or something and you're wondering what the hell I'm on...well, I can't really tell you, so sorry. ;) But I do want to thank you guys for your support. So thank you. Things are a bit better, not by much, but enough that I kind of feel like my normal self. (Recent addition: Get your ass back here before I murder it. ;) ) So...ONWARD!

I went into Big Rapids today to buy groceries for my lazy, hopeless, ridiculous grandmother. God, that woman aggravates me. Honestly, I spend an hour in a jammed Meijer's and buy you your special fat free, sugar free, sodium free, so called "healthy" stuff, come back to your house, discover a bottle of CURDLED MILK (ew) in your fridge that has an expiration date back in January, have you tell me that you're "saving it for a cake recipe," put away all your stuff, and you have the indecency to tell me I bought the "wrong kind of Cheerios"? RAWR! ;)

Oh yeah, then she asked me to walk down her ultra icy driveway for her mail. Get in the car and get it yourself, woman! OK, I'm done ranting. :D

I watched We Were Soldiers yesterday (we had a snow day). Fantastic movie. I watched it with my dad, actually; I think the only thing we have in common is our interest in historical wars. The next one on my list is The Deerhunter, another Vietnam War movie. Hopefully it's good. Otherwise, I'm very overloaded with homework/behind work right now; in fact, I probably shouldn't even be posting right now. Oh well. To hell with Algebra 2. Life goes on.

One more day to sleep in and then (gah) we're back to school...

Shadows inspire words
And words whisper in your ear in your dreams
Know no calling except your voice
And understand no tongue except yours
But still the confusion reigns.
Fall for me and we'll burn down the world.

THE INKBLOTS ARE GONNA EAT ME!

rant, random, day, movies, thinking, writing, thank you, ramble, family
