*looks at bandaged hand resting on the sheets*

*wound looks clean and uninfected*

*clenches hand a few times, feels the pull of tight new skin*

*stands*

*moves towards bathroom*

*catches sight of message light flashing on terminal*

*opens message*

*smiles as he reads the short note from Michael*

*moves a little freer into the other room*

*closes the door*
