I have discovered there are few things more delightful on a humid summer night than sitting in the apartment after a long day, as twilight descends, with a glass of Courvassier on the rocks*, and a good book. Fatigue and stress melt away into the still night air, and eventually, I'm left with only ice water and a sense of infinite calm.
