i don't know how it could get worse but it is. Mayor Nagin finally voiced his outrage at the federal government's lack of sufficient interest, timing, aid, help. i'm right there with him.
i haven't been sleeping well at all, thinking about all of it, then today i overslept my first painting class about an hour. when i explained why to my teacher,
he just looked at me and said,"my god is that where you're from?"
and now i'm back looking at the news on my computer and i just want to close my eyes and wake up from a long and terrible nightmare.
I need somebody to hold. me.
