Good Afternoon, Practice Targets Dear Guests!
As soon as the intercom turn on, you can hear a conversation in the background; the gender of the ones involved is hard (if not outright impossible do define), but it's still there. A female voice mutters something while tapping the microphone, and the conversation stops just as the announcement begins.

Oh my~ Seems like a certain somebody was in a charitable mood last week...
Good afternoon, dear guests~! The Host and I hope that all of you have been enjoying your belated Christmas gifts so far, but, no, not really; we see some of you have already taken advantage of these gifts, as presented via... Extensive damage to public property.
However, that is not what I am here for.
What I am here for, is to announce Enlever Town's annual festival! I implore all of you to attend this festival as I am sure some of you remember our banquet, which shall take place outdoors, along Mortis Street and Izpildisana Road. As expected of a festival, there shall be games, food stalls, and prizes~
We hope to see each and every one of you there~ ♥

First of all, before we get down to business, we'd like to thank everyone for their input regarding this event. It was very helpful~ ♥
Now, following up from the first part of this event, we have made an outline of this event for your convenience, and to make the process of explaining what will be included in this event cleaner, and far much more easier for both me and you.
On that note, during the last few days of this event, we shall be making a post in the moderator account where you can report what your character has done during the first two parts of this event, to facilitate the process of handing out punishments during the next part. It is for this reason that we implore you to log what your character does during this event, or, if making a log is a little difficult for you (as we know some, if not most of you, are recuperating from finals), you can always just make a list of things your character has done.
Hopefully, the GDoc and all of this makes makes sense. If not, do not hesitate to ask. ♥
