Weekend Report
Well, I obviously survived my first week of work. I still have a lot to learn, but that's not surprising. Unfortunately, I get totally thrown into it this Thursday/Friday---the woman who is training me is going on vacation :(
I'm not exactly looking forward to being thrown in alone, but, whatever. Not a whole lot I can do about it since the woman who was hired with me quit before she even started. :P
Friday night Dave and I had dinner at the national grille as usual, and then we sat around the apartment and had Yuenglings. We were supposed to go out to the bars, but eh, we had his friends over here, we had a case of Yuengling, and the A/C was on----why go out in the humidity??
Saturday Dave and his buddies went bowling and I stayed home and did my thing. Then in the evening we went to Mike's for a little cook-out and watched a movie. We watched "Hitch". Was good, but, hated the ending. But I think Eva Mendez is beeeeeeeautiful, and I like Will Smith, so it was okay.
Today was the usual: Laundry, groceries, nascar (hahaha i know, i can't believe i'm watching that now) and had spaghetti for din-din.
Pretty typical weekend. I am glad to be working, but I'm not like, excited about getting up at 6:45am. Ya know. :)
