[Set in Hammer to Fall. Sam = imnot_likeyou, Dean = notsamskeeper.]She’d been running for so long she should have known that she would get caught eventually

The force of the slap brought her back somewhat, enough to put a face to the voice she was hearing. It was a few more seconds before her green eyes actually brought him into focus in front of her, and then she started to panic all over again.
Because Sam had scared her, sure. But if Dean was coming at her from beyond the grave, she had a whole other mess of problems to worry about, and she was still tied to the chair. That didn't stop her from doing her best to try and get away though. She understood why it was her that they were coming after, but all she had wanted was to live. They shouldn't have really faulted her for that when they had been trying to do the same for Dean.
"No, please. I'm sorry. Just stop, please."
Now she was begging. If Sam had been watching he probably would be disappointed, but that was the honest truth. Even driven completely insane, Dean still scared her far more than Sam did. In fact, she probably sounded more terrified than she did that night on the phone right before she was supposed to have died. The thing was, Dean had died, and whatever he had come back as? She didn't want to be on it's receiving end, because she knew that he wouldn't hesitate to kill her.
"Whoa, calm the hell down. I'm trying to bandage you up and I don't need you bleeding to death." He tilted his head a bit, smirking. "Course, you're supposed to be dead so it would be death just catching up to you."
He looked up at her. "Just relax and stay awake. Otherwise you'll bleed out before I can get you to the ER."
Bela took a breath, looking down to see that he was actually doing as he said. That curbed some of the panic, but not all of it as that self-preservation instinct was still kicking in, and she didn't buy that Dean wasn't going to kill her when this was over. She took a few deep breaths, before swallowing and trying to recover from that earlier moment of weakness and not lose any ground. Her voice didn't necessarily have the same sarcastic "umph" it usually did, but the intent was there, at least.
"You're one to talk. Unless you're a shapeshifter, but shapeshifters usually need live people to copy -- " There was a wince as he tied one of the bandages a bit too tight for her taste. " -- and wouldn't exactly give a damn about saving my life."
"Oh, wonderful. Sam loses a few eggs and starts torturing people, but he's still got big brother to run after him. Glad to see that some things never change."
Her eyes narrowed slightly, her arm moving slowly as it was cut free, stiff from being stuck in the same position for days, and she started to bed her elbow.
"I was unconscious when he left, Dean. I don't know which way he went or why, but, and more to the point, I really don't care. I appreciate what you're doing, but -- I'm not looking for more trouble." She wasn't even looking for this trouble to begin with.
"You somehow escaped from Lilith's wrath. Sam happens to be Lilith's new love toy. You ain't safe and trouble already found you once for noe reason other than Sam amusing himself. You think it won't happen again, then you're wrong."
He stood up and looked down at her. "I'm trying to stop this before Sam goes too far. And now you're going to help me."
"So I'll leave the country. Go somewhere where he can't find me, where she can't find me. I have options, Dean, and they're not completely limited to what's right here in front of me. I also know that he's looking for me this time. I can be better prepared."
Even as she was saying the words she knew that on some level they were meaningless, but she didn't know what else to say. Dean wasn't exactly making it seem like he wanted her around for any other reason that to obligate her into helping him find Sam, and that wasn't the kind of mission she wanted to sign on for.
"Besides -- don't you think it's already gone too far? He's killed people, Dean."
Her face softened slightly as she started to try and push herself up, her legs feeling like jelly between the exhaustion and the disuse. She barely even made it so that she was standing up straight before she was back in the chair again.
"It's a suicide mission. You can't kill her by sheer will alone."
She was so tired and arguing with him was exasperating it. She just wanted to sleep for a while, and while she couldn't do that here and he told her to stay awake, she wasn't sure if she could keep it up for much longer.
"Can we fight about this later?" She wasn't trying to be funny, but she realized how absurd this sounded as she said it.
She snorted slightly at that, her arms sliding around his neck to support more of her weight. Her head started to loll as her eyes started to close again, and she tried to shake her way out of it, but she didn't quite make it.
"Has to be Sam," she mumbled in response, her head coming to rest against his shoulder gently.
Eyes blinked open at him again, before starting to close as she leaned her weight against him, and off her legs. "Killing Lilith. Has to be Sam."
She was quiet again for a minute, her head fishing for the information that she knew she had. "Probably shouldn't kill her at all." Why was escaping her at the moment, but maybe if she got a little sleep things would start to make sense again. Adrenaline fading from her system wasn't helping her condition.
"That's just fucken great," Dean muttered, getting her to sit in the car and buckling her in. "'course it explains why Lilith has Sam on a tight leash."

The last large cut was bound and he pulled the knife from his boot to start cutting her free. "Other than that, I don't give a damn."

Because Sam could kill a lot more. Or start raising others.
"Lilith's done something to him. We kill her, then we're all safe. You know how to track her and find her."

He sighed, then muttered a "come'on" and bent down to pick her up in his arms, starting for the car.

He pinched her hard. "No naps."

Dean slammed the door and raced to the other side. He needed to get her to a hospital quick.
