1) Jogging from the Couch to 5k plan is no longer on a weekly pattern, but mysteriously changing each run! And, midweek, I am scheduled to jog twenty minutes without stopping. O_O

Huh. I totally messed up this week. I've been doing the first run of the week all week - didn't even notice it was different. So I guess I'll start week 5, workout 2 on the day I thought I'd be starting week 6.
Evenings after work. 6 or 6:30 ish. But it sounds like I'm going faster than you are, so I don't know if it's going to work out. Since last week, I've consistently been able to make it twice around the Lake Park Bistro-bridge-Lincoln Memorial-Lake Drive-Lake Park Bistro circuit in one run.
Hmm, I don't think I'm quite there. Did you see my progress map from the other week? I start at the bottom of the park and run up to the bistro and then loop around. I don't often make the full return to the bottom of the park.
