Why, you poop. I've been knocking myself out trying to catch up with you on the running, and now I'm going to be a week ahead. Jerk!

The three 5 minute intervals ARE kind of easier, but man, my calves are killing me. But! I can go twice around (through) Lake Park, making circuits from Lake Park Bistro, over the bridge, to Lake and Lincoln Memorial, and back.

Sort of. I've been going every other day (instead of having a 2 day break at some point during the week), because you were one day ahead of me. In other words, I've been averaging 3.5 per week. I figured I'd catch up this week, and then, presto! Running buddy!
