I finally did it
I took all of the ex's information out of my cell phone, blocked him on facebook and various other sites, and it feels good. He's not going to change, and I have a lot of people in my life that love me for me, so I'm going to focus on those people and stop being sad because HE doesn't really want me. Nick said yesterday that he was definitively done with the ex. He wasn't going to contact him or respond to any contact he may attempt towards him. It will be difficult to see him out and about, if we do, but I deserve SO much better than that. Not to mention, I have a wonderful husband and lots of pets that love me and some very good friends that love me for me. YAY me! I feel SO much better now! I want to cry, but I think it's because I feel like I'm not bogged down with waiting for him to respond to me or make an attempt to fix things. Thanks to all my LJ buddies who put up with my whiney posts about the ex, but I think this shall be the last.
