OHGODOHGOD. TUESDAY!!!  (Though he won't be bringing his ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE BABY [name: Lovelie])

&even though I know a lot of people don't like his style/voice/looks WHATEVER. You have to at least concede that he's a fantastic (slap) guitarist:

As fun as his Kavki Boiz stint was, I am oohhh soooo glad he's going back to his rock days. I've missed his electric guitar. And his face without all the makeup. So. I first started listening to this man around 2003, but didn't really fall in love with him until after saw this video:

Granted, this was right at the beginning of high school for me (I graduated in 2007) and I was a bit of a wacky kid. My life was pixy stix and mountain dew and literally jumping in puddles and making frost angels in the grass at school. I've grown up a bit since then, but I'm still incredibly fond of this video&song.

Seriously.  Miyavi was one of my first jrock loves (the firsts were: Dir en Grey, Malice Mizer, Gackt, & GLAY back in 2001) and I was thrilled to see him 2 years ago.  I was right up front and made friends with his shoes.  Literally.  I could have tied his laces together if I had liked.  Or even felt up his crotch if I had been so inclined (I wasn't.)  The Fillmore will be a much larger venue than dinky Slim's, so no admiring his calf muscles or trying to read his shoe size this time around~

Also.  I barely have time to write anymore.  I've already had 3 vocab quizzes and 3 kanji quizzes this week with 1 more of each tomorrow.
Grand Total by noon tomorrow?
vocab: 120 words
kanji (able to write): 30 characters
kanji (able to read): 40 characters + the 30 (able to write) characters

I have half of Politically Correct ch. 12 handwritten in my notebook, but the rest will have to wait until I can sit down and breathe tomorrow afternoon or this weekend.

Unless, of course, I spend this entire weekend watching Miyavi videos in prep for his concert haha
