Dare 007 - Veronaville Asylum (Week 5)
Last time -
Following the untimely death of Oberon, The Stalker increased her stalking of Kent
Patrizio got a visit from the Social Bunny
Oberon started haunting with some interesting results
Kent got abducted by aliens

Brent was born
Let's start with some toddler spam. Best to just get most of it out of the way now.
Despite the total lack of nice points, Brent continues to steal hearts of all the residents. And mine.
And all the appliances are on the blink.
See - he gets autonomously looked after.
Their relationship finally restored, Kent and Bianca steal a private moment by the pool.
Surprise, surprise. Kent is fixing the dishwasher, ass up in the air, and who should happen to casually stroll by and do a spot of stalking?
I had loads of trouble getting Kent to teach Brent ANYTHING. Fights kept erupting next to them and the teaching would drop from the queue in favour of watching the combatants.
This was when I realised that I had turned aging back on because of Brent's birth.
Looks like Patrizio wasn't quite ready to go!
And when did he manage to make friends with Toddler New Year? They didn't even interact during that sucky NYE party!
Albany was the only one to get a good memory of the sad event. I guess that's the secondary Knowledge aspiration shining through again. Even Kent, the bona fide Knowledge sim, got a bad memory of Patrizio's death.
Since I'm not even pretending to play this Asylum for points I sent Kent outside to wish Patrizio back to life. I didn't want an Albany and Goneril baby to top off the line-up.
Meanwhile, Isabella had a total breakdown out the back.
I hope the Therapist did his job right!
All that dust can't be good for anyone's health.

I downloaded new food. Bacon and eggs for breakfast, anyone?
The stairs are a popular hang-out spot. In the end I had to activate moveobjects on and disperse them to different areas of the house. Nobody was yielding and it was just getting more and more congested.
Poor Albany...
I guess the Therapist didn't do such a great job after all.
Not a good place to be drinking your milk, Brent. That knife through the arm must hurt!
I guess there's another fight going on in the toilet.
I installed the Scriptorium and the lighting mod that comes with it. It turned the learning thingies pink.
I wasn't sure I quite liked the lighting effects it was giving me. Overly contrasty.
Also, Titania caught Kent flirting with Bianca and wasn't too happy about it.
Bianca amuses herself in the cutest ways sometimes.
Toddler dance means Brent grew up.
Oberon celebrated this milestone by cheering the toilet.
Albany cooked the birthday meal. And burned the food yet again. Not a single meal cooked well by this man.
And yes, my PC crashed right after that so we're back to Brent being a toddler...
With Maxis lighting restored, Oberon comes out again and scared the pee out of Bianca. So much for secondary Knowledge aspiration protecting her.
And then Titania flirted with Kent and Bianca went ballistic.
Oberon told his ex-fiance in no uncertain terms that he was NOT happy about this development.
And Isabella decided to try aspiration failure actions from her secondary aspiration.
Does no-one in this household have a primary aspiration???
Child Brent. Finally. Still cute. I can see quite a lot of Lamuel in him.
Cleaning skill maxed!
Patrizio... I don't think they really want you to join them in there. I think they're kind of busy.
Bianca continued to swim autonomously and earned a couple of body points. She wins most fights now.
Brent got a reward at school on his first day! He only came back with a C+ though.
The craft table is an object of continued love for me.
Kent is back to apologising profusely. Sigh... These two will never get hitched with The Stalker around.
The locusts had emptied out the fridge again. It was delayed due to the fresh produce Kent was getting from the fruit trees, but since everyone stuffs face first and only makes a meal afterwards, they go through food very quickly. That, and Albany burning every meal he cooks so a lot gets thrown out. And he cooks A LOT!
Kent is back outside, working on his final skill point. No aliens! Please!
Brent is a scary half-alien. He earned something like 3 mechanical skill points in a couple of hours of playing at the table. Not a Physiology-related glitch. He's just scary smart.
And SUCCESS!!!!!
Kent maxed Logic around 3am, Friday morning. 32 days and countless fights after entering this place.
I was hoping to end this update with a wedding and a crazy party but unfortunately, thanks to Titania's meddling, Bianca still hates Kent.
I won't do a point round-up, even though this is the end. There was too much necessary cheating on my part (moveobjects on to stop those stair parties, resurrecting Patrizio, having a baby in the house, etc) for this to count as an Asylum for points. I hope you enjoyed the journey as much as it drove me, and the residents, crazy. Unfortunately the hood is going to get deleted now. It is too corrupted for me to keep playing, so there won't be a continuation to the Bianca-Kent-Titania love triangle story.
