I think the sim(s) I have chosen will surprise everyone. I'm curious to see how this goes for me. I don't necessarily want to fall in love with the household I have chosen but I hope I can tolerate the sims in it a little bit more after this.

I think my disliked sim/family will surprise everyone.

Just do it! Do it now. You'll have fun once you get started.

And I was right about the hair - suits the sim it was intended for 100% :D I put a different hair on her and I don't know whether it's a crappy retexture or the colour EA assigned to her hair are horrifying but once she came out of CAS she looked like she's wearing a helmet shaped like an anime hair. So she will definitely be using the hair I retextured for her.

So you're playing Sims 3, right? I'm hoping my new system will allow me to play that more easily (and it should). I could play it on my old machine, but it was too slow to actually be much fun. Going into CAS to give makeovers took a lifetime.

Sims 3 is fun if you have the right specs for it. For me, the game itself plays just fine but I do get some lag in CAS. A lot of people complain about lag in CAS, though.
