My thought processes sometimes scare me
This morning: "Ooooh! It's the 29th already and I threatened to do dare #26 at maxis_taste at least a week ago and there isn't much of January left so I'd better get onto it. I should fire up the game and start playing (...) but first, I must retexture this hair for the sim I am going to play! It's going to look absolutely perfect on her!"
*massive facepalm*
I do this ALL.THE.TIME!!!
It is now a little over an hour later. I have been messing around with updating the programmes necessary to do the retexture but I have not, in fact, played even for a second or attempted the retexture. I have also watched my husband play Skyrim, my son do a puzzle, and done a bajillion other things that do not involve actually retexturing this hair that is a pre-requisite to me firing up the game and loading this household. I am about to make lunch for my RL family, which is going to consist of pancakes (takes longer) rather than sandwiches (which can be quickly thrown together).
I do believe I have found the perfect household to use for this particular dare because I am finding all manner of excuses not to load it.
