I give up on trying to make TS3 hair retextures. The only tutorials I can find are for retexturing game hair and not custom hair, which is not accessed the same way that gae hair is so it's not like TS2 where 1 tutorial covers all types of hair retexturing. Every time I try to open a custom hair file using either CTU or TSR Workshop they cack themselves and start throwing errors. There appears not to be a single tutorial on retexturing hair using s3pe or any other tool and I am unwilling to kill my game by trying to do this using trial and error. I have already spent about an hour opening various resources in a TS3 hair file using s3pe and I can't figure it out.
Lotus/ageiha offered to help me to learn how to retexture s3pe. This will be the last method I will give a go because so far NOTHING seems to be compatible with Win 7 64 bit.
