Day 21.
Location: Discedo, Fortuna which appears to be as wonderful as a holiday in Australia's home.
Status: steadily growing more accustomed to the region and its culture; could stand for a nice spot of tea.
Supplies: under ration. Especially the whiskey.
Report:

A number of perplexing occurrences have happened in the time since I last reported. For starters, this bloody communicator shocked me. I almost wonder if the technology here in Discedo is more advanced than meets the eye. I have yet to meet this Fortuna-- I am beginning to wonder if he or she is merely shy or prefers a more laissez-faire approach to government, politics, and national security. It certainly seems likely, given the state of affairs so far.

Japan appears to have returned after merely a day-- and yet he claims it has been several decades since last he set foot here. I've yet to hear more from Russia, although no news is good news in this case. America is a bleeding prat moronic as usual faring well in adversity. France has also been quiet, though I doubt that will last much longer. I should, perhaps, alert the public at large of this. Italy is the same as ever-- can't expect too much from him, either way. I believe Austria is also of sane mind and health, so I shan't bother him any further for now. Again, no more word from Prussia, but he falls much into the same category as Russia and France. I should, perhaps, check on Spain and S. Italy to see if they have not yet been eaten alive.

I feel as though I am forgetting someone, but it shall come to me should it be important.

Tea supplies are steadily on the decline. I shall have to either ration or else seek out a purveyor. I may also have to check on the possibility of growing barley for culinary purposes. This shall require me to scout out the land and its agricultural base (should it have one).

I must also speak to Austria at the earliest convenience.

i need an adult, why me?, status report, gonna need more scotch, why does this always happen to me, something's amiss
