Well, I've offically lost 31 lbs as of yesterday. This last 2 lbs took about 2 weeks. I hit a bit of a plateau of being sick of eating well. I was done with salads and chicken and wanted all my bad foods; pizza, french fries, chocolate, etc. Now I'm trying to find recipies that are good and good for me. I have found I like butternut squash and those flavoured tunas work as a substitute for salad dressing.

My 5K run is just over 40 minutes. This week for sure I'll get under. I've brought it down 13 minutes in 3 months. I've got to remember to be happy with my results rather than thinking about how much more there is to go. I'm going to join my gym's "The Biggest Loser" challenge... so we'll see how much I can manage in the 6 weeks. I'm going to win this thing!!!!

I really need to make a weight loss icon *grin*
