Two months

Well it's actually been a little more than 2 months. I'm down 27 lbs in total. My 5K run is a little less than 10 mins faster. I've realized that the more veggies I eat th emore I get to eat. A huge salad might only have 100 calories vs a chicken stirfry which will have closer to 300. I try and have a salad at least once a day, not just cause it means I get to have a snack later in the day, but because it makes everything work better.

I've also been sorting and decorating my apartment. I've got my stuff from Japan, so I was able to finally try and get everything organized. I'm starting to feel more and more like I'm actually home. There are still a few things that need to be sorted out and organized, but in general things seem to be good.
