working out is scary

So Melissa asked me to work out with her today. For some reason I was already feeling tension in my legs and calves, but I did 20 minutes on the elliptical. Then we went to do a cycling class. I was ok for the first 25 minutes, but then I lost control, was breathing way too fast, and basically almost passed out. I stopped before then, but my legs gave out on me after getting off the bike. So I one of the instructors took me out to walk around, get some air, and stretch a bit. I'm better now, but I really really need to hydrate myself more.
