I smite thee...

....with the strength of my body, I cast away this bronchitis with all the powers of heaven and ye mighty earth! I hate this crap!!!!

Yes so yesterday I shook a few too many hands at church and was probably subject to someone's cold or other virus, which of course, activates my own bronchitis and puts me out of it for a few days. But as there is nothing for me to do but rest, I have done so and am feeling the benefits of lots of rest. My back doesn't hurt as much and I can breathe a bit deeper than yesterday. I still might put off working out for another day, just to make sure everything is done at an easy pace.

Oh yeah, since it has already been mentioned, I am working out again, taking it nice and easy, making sure I feel enough of a burn, doing things I know will work and give me the kind of results I want. When school starts I'll be hitting up the Rec center full time, making sure I can get into some decent shape before the year is out. Don't want to leave Atlanta looking like a slob! HEHE

So things with Matthew have been put on the back burner for the time being but I still continue to meet really wonderful people that make me smile just thinking about them. So Kevin is half right in that they make me excited but I'm still gettin the hell outta dodge, regardless of it anything happens with anyone. Though this new guy, Scott, the "Cherub" as Kevin calls him, is holding my full attention.

OMG, one of my dear friends, Amanda Smith is back in town and is transferring to State, WOOOOH! I missed her so, I'm so happy she's here, we're going to have a blast now. I just wish Laura Carroll were here and then it'd be on! I miss her too and I'm going to see if I can't start up contact with her again. Anywho, Amanda auditons for the opera chorus tomorrow and I do hope she gets in, it would be nice to hang out with her and catch up on old times, I haven't seen her in many years and we've got soo much to talk about, YAY!

Carmina is rolling fantastically. The memory assignments are getting easier and easier and it really does help to just look at the music daily or sit and think about what the verses are. Things that were at once difficult have now become much easier and I'm glad of that. We started Pagliacci yesterday and the music is simply beautiful, a nice break from the bombastic Carmina. This is going to be an excellent season indeed!

Hm, gonna have to go dancing soon as the bug is itching and waiting to be scratched. Perhaps we may go this weekend. We shall see! All I know is that I'm ready to "move my body, boy!"

Hm, I think that's all for now, I'm a bit preoccupied and can't multitask as the moment so I'll end here and pick up later!

Ciao
