Chinen/OC Drabble
“No, Chinen-kun, I said no” Takahashi Ayaka spoke firmly.
“But why?” Chinen Yuri asked, catching up with the girl who was even smaller than he was…although the level of the cuteness was still won by him.
“Look” Ayaka turned to face him. She was getting tired of this persistent guy following her. “Chinen-kun….I am a girl with too many flaws to be able to match up with you…I mean, look at you!”
“You just gestured my whole being” Chinen said, puzzled.
“Exactly! You are THE Chinen Yuri. 17. Idol. And look at me!”
“But you just pointed your whole self!” Chinen frowned, his eyebrows furrowed.
“Oh, Chinen-kun….I’m just this boring teenage girl with average grades and has no talent. I can’t cook, I can’t sew, heck I can’t even walk without tripping on flat surface or bump into something!” She said frustrated
“How could you possibly have fallen in love with me?!” She ended her speech with a ‘huff’ and crossed her arms.
“Ayaka-chan” Chinen spoke, taking her hand. “You shouldn’t worry about all that.” The girl just scoffed, not meeting her eyes with the cute boy in front of her.
“Ayaka-chan, look at me…please?” Chinen pleaded. Ayaka bit her bottom lip in hesitance, but finally gave in.
“Takahashi Ayaka, I love you, and there’s no use of pointing out your flaws.” He took a deep breath of air “I love you for who you are. To me, you are perfectly imperfect.”
Chinen let go of her hand and started walking away, leaving Ayaka speechless and stoned in place. After taking a few steps, the boy looked back and said,
“No more excuses. You’re my girlfriend now” He grinned. The girl just blushed in her position.
