With all its beauty and pleasant new features like autohiding/showing menu bar, OS X 'El Capitan' 10.11 has broken one of system niceties I've been actively using in OS X since the Dictionary app has been introduced back in the days of Leopard (10.5, if someone is not old enough to remember those days).
