I finish school this semester, but I just started this week. And man, did it start off wrong!
Apparently, I had to do a reading before my first day of my Biology lecture. And I didn't have any time to do stickfighting. With all my homework, I didn't have any time to meditate. The stress got bad enough to where I reverted to chewing a stick of gum every hour to ease it off. The thing is, I just broke myself of that habit over the course of August, which was excruciatingly difficult (as chewing gum is my only coping mechanism when I have immediate stressors).
After a while, though, I got settled in. I managed to start going back to the gym with a simple 3-day-a-week full-body routine that takes up, at most, 20 minutes per session in the weight room. I managed to get time to stick fight on Friday, and meditate Friday, Saturday, and today-day. After catching up with my homework, I'm confident I'll survive this super boring semester in all of it's dullardry, on account of I know what to expect now. Still! It's going to be a long difficult semester.
