I'm on the pill for endo (Micronor). I think a lot of it depends on teh person AND the pill that they're on. But, I've been on several different pills and rarely gain weight. The key to not gaining weight is being very very careful with what I eat. Most of them do (at least initially, for me) increase my appetite. Just try to keep a food journal, and only stock healthy foods in the house. It gets hard for me at work, especially b/c of all the yummy unhealthy food choices. I've enlisted a few of my coworkers - I have explained that i'm trying to loose weight and eat healthy and they keep me on track. They're not weird about it, but if we bring in food, they are kind enough to keep it healthy. When someone brought in a cake, and i was drooling, Robyn offered to go grab me a low-fat pretzel. Then she said having a little smidgen of a piece would be okay. It's realy friggin hard. I try to work out. I complain to my boyfriend about being fat and he just doesn't get how hard it is to loose weight with endo and being on Prednisone.

c.) Sometimes. I try to eat enough fiber.
d.) YES. Which is why exercise and loosing weight is difficult. It depends on what I'm doing, but if I'm on the elliptical for too long it gets so painful I ponder curling up on the floor.
