Halfway Legal

Feb 19, 2007 22:09

Today is my half birthday. That means I'm *sigh* six months short of being legally independent. My sick has finally dwindled down to a barely-there, lame sort of sick again, which means my immune system finally kicked in and it will be gone very soon indeed. I'm more than ready for it, especially as I woke up a bit bloody this morning, and wouldn't like to put up with both that and being sick too. Gods, my stomach hurts. I've confined myself to bed with a heating pad thingie and feet propped up, glad that today is a holiday so that I don't have to pop pain pills and try and deal with the world with my mood a bit black to begin with.
I hate being snippy at people, even if they're related to me.
Today's entry is a bit abrupt, mainly because little bro-Ryan wants on the internet as badly as I do, and is all but breathing down my neck from the other room.
A quick update on the rest of my siblings, for my peace of mind:
Matt is supposedly back in Prosser, although only one person has mouthed this rumor at me and I haven't heard from him at all to support it.
Justin is still at college dancing, making his charismatic way onward, the lucky bum. I know I've said this a million times, but once more: If he were to wear a garbage sack, everyone would tell him he's soooo stylin'. Speaking of stylin' . . . are we about to have a billion little pop-otaku trendfollowers shaving their heads now? Eh, what a waste of conformity. Glad I did it back when it was still cool. *sarcasm*
Jessica and the husband are off in Wenatchee, doing their married life thing. Good stuff for Aaron, he has a raise to a new level of job in his same career and so will become a billion times more rich than he was already going to be, heh.
As for the last one, well, we all know what he's doing now.
