You are a fucking retard. Comparing the NFL labor practices to 'modern-day slavery' was not just an ill-advised move - it was pure, unadulterated idiocy. You are getting paid millions of dollars a year to play a game. Slaves don't get paid anything. You are free to pursue other alternatives - just look at Jake Plummer, who is now a handball fanatic in Idaho. Slaves are not free to do a goddamn thing - hence the term "slave."
In the future, please talk to someone before opening your fucking mouth. You have single-handedly stripped a fair portion of popular support from the players, because now we all think the players are collectively morons.

PS - Don't even get me started on the petty bullshit move by the former NFLPA to "encourage" this year's draftees to not attend the actual Draft. Does popular support mean nothing to these people?
