The best thing I've seen on TV today: in one of the crowd shots outside Lambeau this morning, there was a dude in a "BUCK FRETT" shirt.
Yeah, I laughed out loud.
Also, the guys on ESPN this morning were getting seriously worked up over how much of a douche Favre's been and how they're not surprised - and, in fact, supportive - of all the Green Bay fans and former players who are upset by his behavior the past four or five years.
They also dug up Fuzzy Thurston and put him on air. Talk about sad (for those who really don't know, he's had throat cancer forever and talks through one of those vocoder things; it was sad when I met him thirteen years ago, and he's only gotten sadder-looking since). But they also interviewed LeRoy Butler, who kicks ass.
And hahaha, they just cut away from the Giants/Eagles game to show the crowd reaction to Favre running onto the field for warmups. This is going to be HILARIOUS (if, perhaps, a bit painful).
