Looks like we have a new home!

Assuming we get through inspection issues and final approval by the bank, polydreamz and I are new home owners!
We will be living in San Lorenzo Village in a small house with absolutely no storage what so ever.  No shed, no garage, attic unusable, tiny closets, and small small rooms.  It is not all we wanted in our first home but it is what we can afford and we were lucky to end up in such a nice neighborhood.
I will be making many house related posts and hope the community will have interest in helping us get this place together.  There is so much to do!  We will be hosting painting parties, a move in party, and whatever else we find we may need.  We will offer up beer and pizza to volunteers.
Please post on this thread if you might have interest in helping us out.  Move in will be around the first week of July depending on status of move in repairs.

First on the agenda, I have no space for some of my potted plants.  I have 3 very healthy, large, prolific, hanging, pothos http://www.plantoasis.com/plants/1001_1020/1002_pothos.htm that need a home(s).  I have them tied up but when let down they are about 5 feet long.  They prune and propogate very easily.  I have had them for years and I love them but as I said, there is no place for them in the new house.  Please take them!

Also, know anyone in the medical field, size 12/14 (Med/Lrg) that needs scrubs?  I have about 3 dozen pairs, some extreemly cute, that I need to sell.  Asking $5 to 10 each piece.  I had no luck selling these at a flea market and I hate the idea of giving them to good will.  It is several hundred dollars worth of scrubs and Id really like something back for them.

We are also looking for references.
We will be laying a cement slab in the back yard.  We will be interviewing contractors.  Know any contractors looking for work?  Cheap?  Buying/building a large storage shed (know anybody that has a used one for sale?).  We have some diseased looking trees.  Know an aborist, horticultureist, landscape designer?

Please feel free to mention this post to friends not on my list that might be interested in any of the above.
Thanks!
