Charlie stumbled out of the Floo and trudged to the cupboard to hang his cloak.
"Your hair looks more like a bird's nest than Harry's does."
Charlie turned to Neville and grimaced. "I was helping Hagrid with the Thestrals," he said, patting ineffectually at his hair. "Those ruddy beasts are worse than dragons."
"If you're going to take over for Hagrid, they'll be your responsibility," Neville said with a chuckle. He took pity on Charlie. "Come on, love. I'll draw you a hot bath."
"Will you be joining me?"
Neville smiled and his eyes brightened. "I was counting on it."
