Summary: Harry works to get Draco involved.
As Ginny waddled into the living room, Harry jumped to his feet. "Do you need some help?" he asked.
Ginny scowled at him. "What I need is for you to stop mothering me," she replied. Harry looked crestfallen, and Ginny's features softened. "Harry, as I recall, when you were pregnant you became quite frustrated with everyone treating you like an invalid, did you not?"
Harry gave her a bashful grin. "Yeah, you're right," he chuckled. "I'm sorry."
"I thank you for your concern, but Hermione says my pregnancy is progressing normally, and I'm in fine health," Ginny added. As Harry nodded his understanding, Ginny reached for his hand and tugged him to the sofa. "We do need to talk, however," she warned, perching at one end of the sofa.
Harry sat at the opposite end. "That sounds serious," he teased.
Ginny swatted his leg. "It is serious," she told him. "You've been spending most of your time with me when Karin isn't here," Ginny began. "While I appreciate it, I don't think Draco does."
"Draco?" Harry repeated.
Ginny nodded. "I get the impression that he's feeling pushed aside and left out."
Harry worried his bottom lip with his teeth. He wanted to protest, but when he thought about it, he realized that he had been spending less time at the Manor with Draco, and when they were together, Harry talked about Ginny and the twins. He looked up at his wife. "What should I do?"
"Involve him!" Ginny cried, exasperated.
"How?!"
"I don't know," Ginny sighed, "but I'm certain you'll think of something."

The handsome young men with the lovely blonde daughters entered Hamleys. One of the blokes had medium brown hair and walked with a confident stride. His companion had dark blond hair and moved with a fluid grace. He held the hand of the youngest girl while the older one capered ahead of her fathers.
"Slow down, Lily," Harry scolded. He knew she was excited, but he wanted her to stay close. When Harry had first proposed a shopping excursion to Muggle London, Draco had responded with enthusiasm. It was Draco who had then suggested they take the girls along, as they seldom got to go out as a family. All of them were disguised by glamours, and Carina thought they were on a secret adventure.
"I want to see the porcelain dolls," Lily pouted as she slowed up.
Carina tugged on Draco's hand. "May I have a doll, too, Daddy?"
"We are here to buy something for the babies," Harry reminded his daughters.
"If you behave yourselves, you may each choose one thing," added Draco. Both girls beamed, and Draco bestowed a dazzling smile on Harry.
Harry's breath caught. It had been too long since he'd seen Draco so happy, and all it had taken was a simple family outing. Harry resolved in that moment to remind Draco more often of what he meant to him.
Once focused on the task at hand, Lily enjoyed helping Draco and Harry choose soft, stuffed bears for the twins. Carina was remarkably patient and only needed a couple reminders not to play with things. The girls were each allowed to choose a doll before they left Hamleys. Lily selected a collector's doll in Victorian finery, and Carina opted for a baby doll to cuddle. After exiting the toy store, Harry and Draco took the girls to lunch and out for some sightseeing. It was late afternoon when they returned to the Manor.
"Remember," Harry said to Lily, "no telling your Mum what we bought for the babies."
"May we tell Mummy Astoria?" Lily asked.
"Why don't we show her what we bought," Draco suggested, "and then it's home for you, young lady. You have lessons to catch up on."
"Alright," sighed Lily.
Carina raced out of the room calling, "Mum! Come see what we bought!"

While Astoria admired the girls' dolls and the teddy bears for the twins, Harry took Draco in his arms for a lingering kiss. "I'm going to take Lily home and have dinner with her and Ginny. I have some correspondence to deal with, as well, but I'll come back here to spend the night with you."
"I suppose it's my task to warm the bed?" Draco teased.
"I'm counting on you to keep it warm for me," Harry growled softly, giving his lover's arse a meaningful squeeze. They parted reluctantly. Harry bent to brush a kiss across Carina's brow. "I'll see you in the morning, darling." He stood up straight. "Come along, Lily," said Harry, leading his oldest daughter to the Floo.
Once Harry and Lily disappeared in a flash of green, Draco turned to his wife. He caught Astoria hugging one of the bears to herself with a wistful expression on her face. Draco knew she was disappointed not to have been included in the day's excursion, and he was prepared to give her some money and tell her to take her sister Daphne out for some shopping and pampering and whatever women did together. However, Draco wasn't prepared for what Astoria said to him.
"Draco? I want to have a baby."
