Harry left Dragon Brew feeling much more mellow than when he'd arrived there. He had a latte in his to-go cup, and the taste of Malfoy's kiss still lingered on his lips. And tongue. They'd been subjected to hoots and catcalls when their kiss grew more heated than either had intended.
Harry's buoyant mood lasted until he returned to the Ministry and Ron waylaid him as soon as he returned to his office.
"Do you know who you arrested this morning, mate?"
"A young malcontent named Bicklehop," said Harry. "Why?"
Ron grimaced. "He's the great nephew of the Supreme Mugwump."
