There's been a whole new slew of recalls for pet food happening over the past 2 weeks or soand it's come into light that many of the pet food companies are lying about the ingredients in the food (it's not against the law for them to do this apparently).
Also Rice Gluten (or Rice Meal/Rice Protein) has been found to have Melmine in it too.
So my advice to anyone feeding their pets dry/canned store bought pet food is to go to Evangers.com and purchase their brand of food or to stop feeding store bought food altogether and just give your animals cut up raw chicken liver, chicken wings with some frozen veggies until this thing is over. It won't hurt them--raw food is like going back to basics for dogs and cats. For cats you might want to just feed them raw fish with Taurine sprinkled on top (cats need this to survive).
I just want to make sure everyone's animals are safe and are not getting poisoned.
