Kick up the Fire and Let the Flames Break Loose
Went out with the guys from work the other day, we all got a bit drunk, but I don't think to the point where I embarassed myself. Not that I would've been the only one.
It was good though. And at risk of sounding like a total pansy, I'll really miss some the people from work when I go.
I phoned the uni today becuase I KNOW my sister had got her accommodation stuff back by now, but the woman told me they're not sending the stuff out 'til the end of July. Which is probably I lie, they don't seem to know what the hell they're doing there. Last time I rang she panicked and told me I was still on the system for 05 entry. Which was completely wrong.
Im trying to save money at the moment, I haven't been to a gig for like 4 months becuase I've been too poor, so when I've got enough money I'll go to a tonne of gigs. (We saw some band plying in the pub the other day, but frankly I thought they were quite rubbish. The did a cover of Coldplay's Yellow which they absolutely slaughtered. It was painful to listen to.) I'm still saving for Reading, how I'll be able to afford that I don't know. It'll totally be worth the poorness though. There's a load of bands I reall wanna see and I just know they'll all be on at the same time. It always happens. Bastards. Seriously though, it should be great.
