Went to London with Alli the other day, it was really good. Not that we did much, we just got on a train and went. People were shocked that we had nothing planned, but you wouldn't plan your day if you were going into town, so why do it with London?
It was probably just as well we had no plans as we missed not one but two trains on the way there, despite not having to change anywhere. This is common practice for Alli and I though so we weren't too worried.
So yeah, we wandered around taking photographs and that was all really. We didn't go to any of the main sight-seeing places, just walked around the parks mainly then wandered down Oxford Street going in just about every coffee shop we passed.
Didn't really go shopping much, we looked at the furniture in Selfridges then really just went to H&M, Topshop and Paperchase.
I realise I'm not making it sound that interesting but it was a good day.
In other news I'm going to have to tell my boss I'm planning to leave. He knows I was thinking of it, but told me to tell him when I was sure. I really don't want to tell him but I'm going to have to, dammit. Not lookign forward to that. There's part of me that doesn't want to tell him incase something goes wrong and I have to stay, its all very well this going to uni stuff, but I don't have any accomodation and I thought I would've heard back from them by now. Still, I shouldn't panic, I'm sure it'll all be fine...
Also this guy said hi to me in the street. I have no clue who he was. I found myself trying to judge how attractive he was in order to decide whether it was creepy or cool. I think that's quite weird in a way, how creepy someone is shouldn't be dependant on how they look. It was like "Hmm, that's a bit shallow.."
