Why did I say all those things before I was sure?

Last night was...a lot of things. I don't even wanna get started on last night, so I won't. I have to leave to meet Nat and go to the Science Center anyway. But I just wanted to update real quick. I watched Spiderman this morning when I got home around 5:30. Watching that movie reminded me of why he is my favorite comic book hero, and despite the fact that he is a comic book hero, his message is very real to me.

"All I wanted was to tell her how much I loved her..."
"I can't..."
"You can't what?"
"Tell you...everything. I mean, there's so much to tell."
"Yea...there's so much to tell."
"I want you to know that I will always be there for you. I will always be there to take care of you. I promise you that. I will always be your friend."
"Only a friend, Peter Parker?"
"That's all I have to give."
"Whatever life holds in store for me, I will never forget these words: With great power, comes great respoinsibility. This is my gift...my curse. Who am I? I'm Spiderman."

When you look in her eyes, and she's looking back in yours, everything feels not quite normal. Because you feel stronger...and weaker at the same time. You feel excited...at the same time, terrified. The truth is, you don't know what you feel, except you know what kind of man you wanna be. It's as if you've reached the unreachable, and you weren't ready for it.
