I filled my head with your voice and now I'm drowning
Quick update cause I'm tired. FFTL, MBR, and MCS kicked ass. Awesome show, lots of high energy. Scatter the Ashes left a vacant feeling. Something else left a vacant feeling. Something was missing. It just wasn't the same, I wasn't my usual pit-loving self. But I did scream my lungs out, which was refreshing. Got to meet all the guys of MBR again, was hoping to meet FFTL since I've never met them and I made a Minion shirt as Sonny requested. Bought three FFTL items: a hoodie, a polo shirt, and a t-shirt. Oh and I amazed myself tonight. I screamed tonight. Like the throaty-post-hardcore scream I've been desiring. Doubt I can reproduce it though. It was on the drive home, listening to MBR "Greatest Fall of All Time" and right at the end of the bridge when Andy screams "You're GONE!" I was able to pull it off. Maybe I needed a trigger, kinda like a happy thought for Peter Pan to fly? But vice versa. Anyways, just thought I'd share. The moblog has some pictures from tonight if you're interested.
