Those darned South American babes -- are any of them real?

I just saw this hilarious story about how the new Miss World 2004, Miss Peru, is thinking about suing her plastic surgeon because he is claiming that she's had more surgery than she has admitted to. Maria Julia Mantilla Garcia cops up to having gotten a breast augmentation and a nose job, but denies that she had further work done on her eyebrows, lips, chin and ears. The doctor as also alluded that he performed liposuction on her. Let's look at the evidence (ever since I remembered how to post pictures in html, I LOVE IT):

I suppose these might be titled "Ms. Garcia and Her Comparatively Humble Beginnings". In these pictures I see a cute, happy girl from Peru, before she let the plastic surgeons have at her.

There's the best picture I could find illustrating her breast augmentation. Those are quite obviously fake, especially when you see her previous (natural) pair. They aren't quite at porn star grapefruit halves stuck to her chest level, but they are oversized for her body type. You will also notice that she looks like a completely different person in the face! If I knew her before, and then saw her here, I would not realize this was the same sweet girl.

Here are two closeups of her face, and you can see how different it looks. Her rhinoplasty is especially evident, since she went from having a noticably hooked nose to a cute little ski jump.

Anyway, I feel a little bad for her, since she was crowned Miss World 2004 based on a body and face that don't really look the way she originally started. Kind of sad. But, she gets major perks, and illustrates that you can find major hotties in South America, even if they didn't start out like Glamazons.
