Fearing for My Life. . . Running from the bad Ash. . . hehehe

You know how to tell when your friends really love you?  Well, A) they give you the kick in the ass to try something new, or try a relationship, B) they support your decisions, and C) well, they give your significant other some words of wisdom.   So, I sent an email to my girlfriend's best friend thanking her for pushing her to try this out.  I found out how happy she really is.  *bouncy*  I'm definitely happy.  Then I kept reading the email, and got to the words of wisdom. . . "If you break her heart, I'll find ways to break your neck *grins*"   *nervous laugh*   So, I devised a masterful plan, that should be the envy of any man.  *points behind Ash*  LOOK! CHOCOLATE!  *runs for life*  I believe Rodney McKay would be jealous that I have a more brilliant plan than he could come up with.  =D

I'm definitely gonna have to get on that girls good side.  I mean, really, or else I'm going to end up with some bruises and stuff. *ahem*  But Seriously, she has nothing to worry about.  I will never break my princess' heart.  *shakes head*

On a totally different note, I watched Feast twice over the weekend.  I like that movie.  The Vincent Black Shadow's song Metro uses clips from the movie, and they play the song in the movie.  They introduce the hero with a freeze frame that says:

Name: Hero
Occupation: Kicking ass
Life Expectancy: Pretty Fucking good

Needless the say the rest of the scene adds to the humor.

Hero: Listen to me. A storm o'hell's coming down on this place any second. I don't know what they are, I don't know where they came from. All I do know is that these fuckers are fast, nasty, and hungry... and there's four of 'em. They got claws like Ginsu knives and more teeth than a chainsaw. They're comin'... right now. So we gotta lock this bar down. That means doors, windows, drains, and zippers, and we gotta do it now. You! Get a phone, call the cops, National Guard, townies, anybody who kicks ass, and get 'em out here. Any questions?
Bartender: Yeah. Who the hell are you?
Hero: I'm the guy that's gonna save your ass.
[a monster immediately reaches through the window and kills him]

I like that movie.  And another movie I like is John Carpenter's They Live!  Anyone seen that one?  The best line from that one is "I've come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I'm all out of bubblegum."

Wow.  Those are really two different subjects. hehe.  But that's pretty much how my weekend has been.

feast, fear & chocolate, they live!, masterful plans
